Saemidori cultivar grown organically in Kagoshima, Kyushu. Slightly shaded before harvest so it is called “Kabusecha” . Medium steamed, “Chumushi”, style. Medium umami, mellow with light green color. Can be enjoyed both hot and cold brewed.
