Chaya Uji Matcha is a blend of different tea cultivars from Uji, Kyoto. Main cultivars are Asahi, Samidori, Okumidori, and Saemidori. Harmonizing the umami Tencha from both the Spring and the Summer harvests, it is a versatile matcha, suitable for both hot and cold drinks. Especially matcha latte.
FLAVOR PROFILE
Very aromatic, white flower aroma, deep green in color, rich, velvety with good balance of sweetness, lingering finish.
