Yoshuku is a culinary matcha. Best fit for baking. This is a matcha from a purely Yabukita cultivar that is harvested in the summer, which is the second harvest of the year. Therefore, apart from the sweet aroma of fresh seaweed and green grass, Yoshuku has some bitterness and astringency which makes it suitable when blended with buttery, creamy, and sweet ingredients. Yoshuku is lighter green in color. No coloring and additives added.
