“Tsukumo” means “ninety-nine”, the number that lacks only “one” to be fulled as “hundred”.“Tsukumo no Shiro” is a refine usucha with a notes of malt, milky feeling. It’s umami flavor resemble nori seaweed which has a hint of roast character. This tea is suitable for drinking as an everyday usucha. Making latte or other cold drinks are also good choices.
