Kiji no Sato Matcha

฿750

“Kiji” is a local pheasant, an auspicious creature which was said to guide the monk “Saichō” (最澄) to the place where the Kiyomizu (Shimizu) temple of Miyama town was found. The name “Kiji” is chosen to evoke an image of a bright, refreshing and pleasant taste.  “Kiji no Sato” (きじの里) is a medium-body usucha with a charming green color, a roasted nut aroma and a creamy mouthfeel.
