Houjicha is roasted green tea which is known for its deep roasted aroma. Our Houjicha is Kuki Houjicha, which is a combination of tea leaves and young tea stems, which add sweetness and a unique aroma to the tea. The tea is lightly roasted into a light brown color, which gives our houjicha sweet caramel and vanilla aroma. Houjicha is generally very low in caffeine and can be enjoyed any time of the day.
