“Miou” or “The Emerald Jade Phoenix”, is a Koicha with the feminine character from the hand-picked tealeaves of Aoi Seicha. Beside its refreshing and aromatic profile, the light-medium body combined with a rich umami character that reminiscent of dried bonito, edamame. Naturally shows a mellow taste of sweet potato. Outstanding with creamy and refreshing mouthfeels that gently lingers in one’s mouth for a long moment.
